At Fashion by Matteo, your satisfaction is important to us. We work with trusted suppliers to deliver high-quality products, and all customer service is handled directly through our store.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at abelamatteo3541@yahoo.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw (you can just write “I wish to return my order”).

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at abelamatteo3541@yahoo.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Size Issues

Please check our size charts carefully before ordering, as sizes may vary by supplier.
Returns due to sizing issues can be accepted under the 14-day withdrawal right, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
