At Fashion by Matteo, we partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you unique fashion pieces at affordable prices.
As a dropshipping store, we do not hold inventory — items are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, the supplier’s location, and external factors.

By placing an order, you agree to the timelines outlined below unless we notify you otherwise.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing may take up to 7 business days.

If a longer delay occurs, we’ll contact you via email and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Times

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping):
9–30 business days, depending on your country and the supplier’s location.

Standard delivery estimates:

EU & US: 7–20 business days

Other international locations: 15–30 business days


Please note these are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or weather.

EU customers:

Delivery will occur without undue delay and within 30 calendar days from the day after your order is placed, unless you agree to a longer period.

If the 30-day period is exceeded, you may request an extension or cancel for a full refund.


US customers:

If we cannot meet the estimated delivery time, you’ll be notified and given the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund, per FTC rules.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to activate.
If tracking doesn’t update or you encounter issues, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout, based on your destination, weight, and shipping method.

The total price, including shipping, will be shown before confirming your purchase.

We’ll never add extra charges (like expedited shipping) without your explicit consent.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting a specific threshold.

For international orders (e.g., from non-EU suppliers to EU customers), you may be responsible for:

Fashion by Matteo is not liable for customs delays.
If your package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or appears lost (e.g., no tracking updates for 10+ business days), please contact us at
